Guide to better work space

A working space must support the activities of a person who work inside it. Activities inside a working place of the person need must be facilitated. The most basic needs for this space is the ability to provide facilities and atmosphere of working required so that a worker becomes more productive.

We can provide a room with a computer and shelves for storing archives, but it the working space can be styled with furniture or given creative atmosphere it will support working mood. Working room can be designed based on corporate imagery. It may also influence someone's mood all the time that can lead to company's productivity.

Basic working space requirements are especially furniture and equipments to support creative working space. An interesting working table, in terms of design and furniture style can affect and influence the working condition. A work table may be in modern design lines that seem simple and elegance.





Furniture arrangement in the room should make working easier. Perhaps an office will have to be supported by special meeting room with creative interior design.

File cabinets also must be considered not to be chaotic. Storage cupboard and cabinets will be required to store files. Modern work space is usually more focused on computer works so that a person may need to be facilitated by a computer desktop. It may be a table with a computer screen on the edge side of the table that a person can still move freely in the table area.







Set the atmosphere of the working room, especially in color. Soothing effect can be achieved by selecting warm pastel colors that can be adjusted with the primary logo of the company. Calming effect may also be from dark colors like dark wood colors. For example, if the company has a white logo, with orange and black, the room can be painted with broken white or ivory with a touch of orange and black colors as accent colors in the selection of furniture. Avoid colors that are too vivid because those colors may cause an impression that is too bold and is not calming. Use bright colors as accents only in furniture accent parts like furniture cushion.

A workspace can be very interesting with a window to see the wide interesting view outdoor. Many work space have full glass wall such as office at high rise buildings. Glass walls provide outdoor see-through effect. Use window blinds to reduce the intensity of incoming light. We can use venetian blind, roman blind, or roller blind.
